PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

NOVIN ADOPTS AN EASY & FAIR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

IMMEDIATE ON ARRIVAL PROBLEMS need to be highlighted and documented by email and returned to us within 14 days.

When the package is opened ALL PRODUCT & OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS will be replaced with a new identical replacement with all shipping costs to and from the destination covered by ourselves. Again photographic evidence will be needed to make it easier to process the claim and ship the replacement

Should the product not be your size and this is a genuine mistake where you only want to change because of the size? please return the product to us as received, packed correctly, with all the labels intact and we will replace the product and pay the shipping to you.

Should the product just simply be not what you wanted and or you have changed your mind? but is indeed as ordered, please return the goods immediately as new, packaged correctly with all the labels intact. This should be done at your own cost and we will give you a full exchange credit and or replacement voucher.

We will NOT warranty any products that have been clearly abused and or neglected and subject to chemicals, deliberate cutting and or home made modifications.

NOTE: IF the package arrives on your doorstep damaged and or opened you should refuse the package. If this is the case and it is possible we would appreciate a photograph and a mail to inform us so we can investigate from our end and ensure our packaging and shipping quality control is operating correctly.

This return/replacement policy will go hand in hand with the ‘CARE PACKAGE’ and provided the customer has followed the return policy guidelines and can show the product is defective from the factory we will honour all factory defects and our return policy.
 

OUR STANDARD GUARANTIES POLICY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1-The Leather of all products comes under a 2 year factory guarantee.

2-The craftsmanship comes under a 6 months guarantee. Products older will be considered depending on the circumstances and an honest and factual report being submitted with photographic evidence.

3-All fittings: zips, buckles and fittings comes under a 6 months guarantee. Products older will be considered depending on the circumstances and an honest and factual report being submitted with photographic evidence.

NOTE: all of the above guarantees are based on the full understanding that the product has received normal due care and attention and has been used under normal wear and tear conditions.

If your complaint comes under our guarantees above and we can fix this we will do so at our own costs with shipping both ways. If we cannot do this and it is indeed a defect and or bad workmanship of the PRODUCT as you ordered we will give you a full exchange credit and or replacement voucher.

In case of any disputes NOVIN will have their leather manufacturing and production experts inspect the product and come to a professional conclusion based on the FACTS. NOVIN reserves the right to make the final decision on the product guarantees and will inform the customer in a timely manner with a full explanation.

RETURN POLICY details for older items outwith the standard policies are as follows:

Should the product, item and or garment be out with our standard guarantees policy mentioned above but does not meet your long term expectations and or does not function properly under standard/normal use you will be expected to substantiate this clearly. Please state your grievance and support this with photograph evidence for us to determine what action we should take.
